It's not derogatory and it's not misogynistic

I don't call people cis
So why don't you use it then?

It is derogatory to women

So are you saying you're a trans person.? I don't know which sex you're claiming to be
I'm actually addressing your status as an utter bell end - not alleged - blatantly true.

Just to make sure you are getting the message - under the law a 'trans' woman with a GRC is not even transgender under the law made by parliament twice, she is a 'woman'.

Solicitor General Vera Baird - later Dame Vera Baird - addressed the question in 2009. This went into the evidence provided to parliament before voting on the Equality Bill.

Vera Baird: She is a woman now for all purposes, not a transgender person, a woman.

Q76 Dr Harris: Right.

Vera Baird: That is the point of the certificate, is it not, to make it clear beyond doubt and that is where all her rights come from.

Q77 Dr Harris: So what you are saying is someone with a certificate does not fall within the protected ground and, therefore, exceptions on that protected ground—

Vera Baird: (interrupting) Will fall within the protected ground of sex.

You'll have to help me here, with me being a bit thick all.

So you're a trans identifying male with a GRC. Therefore you're classified as a 'woman' in law

It reads to me that way, what difference does it make to your status?

Reading involves comprehension, not just the ability to parrot the words.

What you are being told is that women with a trans history, hence 'trans women' are women under the law. Women who are not trans women are cis women, since that is all it means. There is nothing derogatory about the terms cis and trans unless and until a bigot starts to use them in such a way as to mean them an insult. So that would be you then.

Stop appropriating the medical conditions found in 0.02% of the population as way of getting men who don't have them into women's spaces.
Why then are you so concerned about getting people you class as women into mens spaces then?
You're using the same argument both ways, as and when it suits you. If you're being serious about "using the spaces relevant to your birth sex", you'd not be shouting for those people you see as women to be using spaces that aren't appropriate to their birth sex. After all when the thrust of your argument is supposed to be on safety, because "all men are dangerous", why would you want to force women to use an area you've claimed is unsafe?
