I haven't seen them in my local swimming pool. We have changing "villages" for parents and small children. I'd imagine that if I (a hairy 45 yo man) tried to change in there, I would get thrown out. Even if I did identify as a woman. The rest are single lockable cubicles which may still be an issue but if it is then I can't think of a reason why.
