This cry for third spaces, I'd be careful with. You may find that as a result of demanding such a space, it becomes the only space available. It has already happened with disabled toilets. Suppose we take the "logical step" of saying that since nearly all the top athletic records are held by people who aren't white, we create a third class that anyone can compete in. But for non whites it's the only class they can compete in.

What has been done in this thread and previous is that a handful of cases have been presented as though that is the norm. It isn't, and the number of trans men or trans women just getting on with their lives outnumber the handful of cases brought up to prove a point.
