The case did not involve a trans woman with a GRC committing rape or getting closer to women in the UK. Instead you found an outlier case in the states where a person with a history of sex offending, with an intact penis did not sexually assault women, but used the internet to distribute child porn.

I guess you did this, because you could not find a relevant case ie, a case in the UK where a trans woman had raped or sexually assaulted a woman. Desperate stuff, and I should have known better than waste my time.

As usual I'm telling you what the law says, and making it known that how you interpret the law is utter bollocks. A person born male without a GRC remains legally male. A person born male with a GRC is legally female. Despite your fraudulent claims, I've never said otherwise.

Yet they have the protection of the law under the Equality Act without a GRC. This distinction you are trying to make between men with a certificate and men without, simply so you can say the ones without can't be counted in the crime stats, is nonsense.

How many trans women have sexually predated on women. Of those, how many are in the female prison estate?

The stats have on where they are held have been posted numerous times. See that last chart for the numbers.

I think she was having a go at me for using official figures. The number of trans women prisoners with a court issued Gender Recognition Certificate, being held in a prison that matches the Gender Reconstruction Certificate. Official figures, which disprove the claim she's made.

You didn't provide enough figures. How many transwomen are there in Ireland? Sounds like you are going down the 'You're only trans if you have a certificate' route. This is the opposite of the 'innate from birth ...you are who you say you are ... people know who they are..' line that we've seen throughout this thread.

I wonder why she doesn't include trans men in her figures, as there's more trans men in prison (the male estate) than there are trans women.

Are transmen dangerous to male prisoners? I think they should be in the female estate for their own safety but they aren't statistically a danger to male prisoners.

This 'You're only trans with a certificate' is an interesting turn of events. It really is a complete flip flop on what we've had throughout the thread.

You seriously need to have a word with yourself. I have never been in the position of just changing the law to suit myself; nor has any MP.

The UK changed the law in 2003 because it received a directive from the European Court of Justice that it must do so in order to respect the human rights of UK citizens. The law was passed by UK parliament. I've never been an MP.

I always think that is undemocratic - people with money using their money to give themselves political platform. I give money to the local hospice and to a charity for homeless people. I don't use it to for lobbying, which is effectively what Rowling has become, a political lobbyist prepared to spend her wealth to get her own way.
