It is not ''male sexual predatory behaviour''. The argument that mere presence in itself is sexual predatory behaviour hasn't passed previous standard legal tests, where the conduct of the individual is the trespass. If the problem is a lack of facilities, then the options of the correct thing to do include making a complaint about that lack of facilities, or electing to go somewhere else.
