Chaos, incompetence and noise.
But it looked like he was reading it rather than ad-libbing so a degree of pre-planning. I suspect some of his "ideas" are just his limited capacity to understand and lack of common sense, wants attention so mouth starts moving eg the "drink bleach to prevent Covid" he started on in a Whitehouse press conference. But this Gaza intent was at least considered for long enough for somebody to transcribe to paper.

Your analysis of the situation in Palestine is pretty much spot on. Except you seem unable to accept that the complicity of "western" governments enables Israel to continue the way they do.

The BBC news is wall-to-wall with the release of Israeli hostages.
But, zero coverage of the Palestinian hostages released by Israel. None of the Israelis look like this:

Meta censorship protecting Israel again. It has occurred to me that if Israel hadn't been trying to starve the population of Gaza there may have been more food available for the hostages.

The guardian headline implies that both sets of hostages were emaciated, but doesn't have images of the Palestinian hostages. As I said above, Israel was blockading food going into Gaza, I'd like to know Israel's excuse for starving the Palestinian hostages.
