It's extraordinary and it's so pervasive that you've got the worst examples of humanity in our own country cheering on a genocide.

First off that is misinformation, Ukrainians are our direct neighbors so when conflict arose we came to their aid. Also in our own interest. The conflict in Gaza and the west bank as most of you including yourself seem to remember when convenient started around 50 years ago. Back then they where also offered shelter by their neighbors and they even went to war. (which they lost) And for some reason after 50 years of war Palestinian neighbors are not so welcoming anymore could be due to drugs smuggling using their territory, could be due to certain issues and conflict, think you can name a few right? or are you only able to lookup the backgrounds about certain groups and their historic and present links to terror when they are Jewish?

Nonsense Hamas was formed by a club that found current leadership not muslim enough, just like Isis did. Hamas first goal was to destroy Isreal, but their second goal is the eliminate everything that's not their version of Islam.

Where do you get your misinformation from?

You're seeing the comic-book, Israeli-invented version of Hamas. Did you read the article I linked further up? It's about the history of Hamas and how it came about.

From Haaretz today -
Hundreds of Israelis took part in the funeral of Itzhak Elgarat, taken hostage by Hamas and whose body was returned to Israel last week. Elgarat's brother, Danny, a prominent figure in the hostage protests, said during the eulogy that the family did everything in its power to return him home alive. "We failed. We did not do enough. Netanyahu defeated us and you did not return from captivity. The enemy who caused your death is not who kidnapped you, but rather who abandoned you… You are laid to rest in a grave dug by the prime minister."
