If they just tell the full story it's much better explained, so Hamas claims it is an refugee center, Isreal claims it's an training center, considering the massive explosions and the sinkhole caused by those explosions, Isreal sounds the most correct in this case, and where it says ''refugee centre'' it should read human shield.

But that would require critical media, that not only copy paste whatever Hamas tells them but also do some checking themselves. If it was just a refugee there wouldn't be secondary explosions or an sinkhole, the only reasonable explanation for that is that a massive ammo pile went to hell. and the sinkhole cause by tunnels collapsing. (the good news is a Hamas commander and about 50 hamas terrorist where killed too.)

But it also would require western/British media to be critical, against the data received from a terrorist organization. They known how to be critical of the data comes from Jews but if it's from internationally recognized terrorist that they don't even dare to call what they are f*cking terrorist now their data should be taken over like it is an fact clearly.

You see the ''never again'' we said about 75 years ago really has it's effect. The massive prosecution of people because of their ethnicity was helped by years of mocking them not taking them serious etc.

Volker Türk has not resigned. A human rights director from the NY office resigned. The guy is a human rights lawyer who, by looking at it, om the whole, works and advocates for Palestinians.

The other thing to note is that the Israel incursion was essentially just another 9 11th.

The human shield argument is classic abusive relationship 'now look what you made me do' bullshit. There was an Israeli officer on a CNN clip last night basically shrugging off the deaths of hundreds of civilians as the price of war.

If your enemy is going to bomb your human shield regardless then it's not much of a shield is it?

I have been following in the local news the fate of 22 year old Shani Louk, a German Israeli caught in the music festival. Whatever legitimate criticism can and should be made of how Israel has responded to this barbarity, it seems to me there is a danger of the wholesale gratuitous massacre of civilians being forgotten.

Is 'freedom for Palestine' the same thing as ending the existence or Israel?

A don't think a secular democratic state with Muslims in it is very feasible. Turkey is the nearest this has been achieved, but is moving away from it. Islam is a theocracy and has to be supreme - other religions have to be subordinate. I don't see how you could get equality. Seems to be a western fantasy.

Israel is not an apartheid state within its own territory. The 20% of the population who are Palestinian have the same rights as everyone else even if they do have a legacy of being less well off.

IF you look a bit at yourself and types like you, you known why they do it an why it's effective, from the very beginning even before Isreal dropped a single bomb you where already crying about civilian casualties, so if Hamas can raise that body count by using human shields off course they will. It's not like during ''normal circumstances'' in Gaza children and adults are dying because of bad general conditions like the lack of clean water because Hamas doesn't care about civilians and is busy smuggling and making more weapons.
