If I'd voted for this nonsense I'd be keeping pretty quiet about it too.

Not according to farmerbird we don't, that's my point.

We're all embarrassed or ashamed or pretending it didn't happen whereas we couldn't give a sh*t, some will I'm sure as they voted for something that's affected them badly and now their moaning. (We've all seen the links).

Some people are out of their depth in a paddling pool, right enough.

I fear you're right.

Probably fed up of you on your soapbox.

Do try to keep up, the 'it' I was talking about was erectile disfunction', as referred to in the previous post.

Plenty of people I know, still talk about brexit, as it's still a live issue., many are still dealing with the aftermath.

However you 'dont care' about the damage brexit has done to the country that you do purport to care about.

And that damage will carry on all through your kids lives too.

But yeah carry on with your 'we couldn't give a sh*t'

It does make.you look very BIG, and very clever ...

Not.

Perhaps you should. Moaning won't change the result, but pointing out the disadvantages of the decision that has now been implemented is legitimate, especially as the campaign lied about the effects that are now to be seen queuing from Dover to Andover.

In my own case I am going to have to pay more tax at a time when my income is going down, not a welcome combination. All ex-pats are facing this kind of thing. More bureaucracy to deal with. I think then it is perfectly in order to keep asking what benefit this has brought to the country in return.

I am not impresssed with the inablity of those who voted leave to give reasonable answers to this.

It has been shown often enough that the only thing that mattered to some was getting out of the EU, often based on nothing more than the fallacy of "taking back control of our borders", no matter how much worse off the country is.
Most of those are so economically and socially illiterate, uncaring, or all three, that, as long as it doesn't affect their little lives too much, they are happy to have "won". Asking them for answers about the benefits is just asking them to think, and stresses their brains too much.

Wishing the ports every possible scrap of luck with claiming compensation for this ..

https://www.thelondoneconomic.com/n...h-multi-million-pound-white-elephants-321630/

Of course the compensation if won, will be coming from the public coffers.

So it's everyone loses excepting the 'Scot Free' Tories..

Well done chaps - Sheppies right behind you 👍🏼

I'm sure some do.

But at the same time many seem rather ideologically opposed to the notion.
And will avoid doing so if poss .

Well, several million voted Conservative in last election, I find it had hard to believe that only some* are paying any income tax, fuel duty, VAT, Insurance premium tax, etc etc, surely, the majority are? If not, I may even become a convert, it would save me a fortune. ;)

* depends how you define "some" of course, but, my interpretation would be a small proportion.

I was mainly thinking of the super rich Tory cabinet, oh and their donors / influencers..

What constitutes a 'little life'?
Do you have a 'large' life then, if so what makes it so?

Is it wealth, is it material things perhaps or maybe activities one gets up to, please confirm.

I can confirm that, IMO, it is not wealth and not material things, nor necessarily activities.

YMMV
