Should I take a daily photo of the Tesco Express over the road with full shelves just to level the playing field?
Yes.
If nothing else we'd all get a break while you fiddle with your exposure.

Coincidently I am doing my online shop right now. I am not going to starve, but it is not exactly full availability.

Just a thought, and totally irrelevant to Brexit, but I would be more concerned if the shortage pictures were of healthy foodstuff rather than those fatty, salt/sugar filled snacks which are not doing anyone any good.

That said, I have noticed more gaps in the fresh food stalls at our local Sainsbury's but I have survived so far by having plenty of other fruit/veg to choose from, and by not being picky.

Welcome yourself into the new modern crisis
This may come across as shockingly right wing but I'm actually broadly in favour of giving people a proper nutritional education and then allowing them to make their own dietary choices.

No problem with that, but there are some shortages that would be more concerning and serious than crisps, Quavers and prawn cocktail Skips xx(.

Feck Tesco....I hope the shelves are empty.
Less so than certain other shops around here. Some say it's because they use more rail freight, so rely on compliance of fewer other shippers on the train than a lorry on a ferry which can be delayed by non compliant lorries ahead of it in the customs queue, as well as requiring fewer UK HGV drivers.

It doesn’t matter how many polls are held saying that we want back in, we can’t go back in unless:
- We lose the £
- We pay almost twice as much (having lost the rebate)
- We convince 27 other countries to accept us

Not forgetting of course the £100’s of BN we have spent extricating ourselves. And the loss of the veto, meaning we will be accepting all current and future legislation we previously opted out of.

They won. Everybody lost. We won’t ever get over it.

We're not going back in anytime soon...Starmer dare not even mention the B word.Saying that he supported this goverment on Brexit 🙄 Even if he tried he would be the enemy of democracy in the Daily Heil tommorow.

Don’t think it would do him much good behind the red wall either. The only people I have heard bemoaning brexit are on here. All of my leave voting acquaintances (ie all of my acquaintances) are perfectly happy with it! Yes, I agree, unbelievable, but, there it is.

The opposite is true around here. All Remainers say their decision would be the same, but several Leavers, not a majority, have said that they would change their vote if they could.

The thing that everyone agrees is muddying the waters is whether the various problems are mostly due to the effects of Brexit or covid.
