Yes, it is absolutely infuriating how police forces have abdicated their responsibility on traffic enforcement. First farming it out to dash cam submissions and now ignoring even those.

It is only about this one parcel, allegedly. There's even a photo of the driver who I never met.
The problem with blocking the email is when they eventually totally fark up, I won't find out that the parcel I never received was delivered somewhere within a 2 mile radius.

I setup rules based on the subject line. Routine delivery e-mails are not affected, only the post delivery review request (ie don't block the sender, setup a subject based rule).

Evri has had a terrible reputation in Topsham, as the regular driver seems to have an address randomiser algorithm on his satnav. But he's never missed my address, so I do actually give positive feedback.

We have a local Facebook page where people can find each other's parcels.
I live on a private track where all the houses have names. Given their time pressures I am surprised when someone new finds us.
But that's not the point. They can measure the performance of their drivers via product returns, late delivery enquiries and all of the other metrics they should collect when things go wrong. Given my hassle and time in that case, don't create hassle and time for no reason.

Mine too. The bottleneck appears to be at their distribution centres from my experience.

Same here. The guy works really hard, unfortunately has suffered some verbal abuse from a couple of individuals which did not go down well with his other customers.
