Very true, but.... it may enable him to win a General Election, which is, something of a pre-requisite for putting your policies (assuming he has any, and, whatever they are) into action.

I so wanted Starmer to be good but I can’t see Labour getting my vote next time. Not that it matters round my way, but you take my point.

Say what you mean and mean what you say must surely be the antidote to Johnson’s criminal gang, otherwise we’re all royally screwed. This fence sitting is the worst of all options.
