UK population projected to massively increase unless radicle steps are taken.

Totally unsustainable situation

You would be happy about that I'd have thought, as the main cause of this is net migration which Labour will have to get tough on.

I don't think he would be because CXR is a Little Englander who doesn't like foreigners, especially brown ones.

His problem is that he gets all his 'news' from GBNews. GBNews is designed to make people scared and/or angry in order to generate engagement. It is a private business after all and it requires an advertising revenue.

CXR doesn't understand this. He's a simple creature really and prone to getting carried along with slogans like "Defund the BBC" whilst not really understanding the implications.

What CXR won't know, because GBNews won't tell him, is that by the middle of 2029, the number of deaths is projected to overtake births, meaning net migration will be the only source of population growth. This means that if there were no immigration nor a huge increase in babies being born, the population would be shrinking.

"Good" says CXR. But the knock on impact of this would be very slow economic growth would almost inevitably slow bevause of an growing elderly population, and very few younger people about to care for them.

Yes they will, but will they?

Tories failed to get any control, the public punished them at the polls.

Labour won't get the same slack, they are already the most despised government in living memory for a variety of reasons.

Economic growth has been amazing with mass immigration -not. Radical immigration control with only the best , brightest being offered a place.

The current projections are frightening, millions more people and next to no facilities, services to accommodate them. This will lead to massive social problems.

Even you can see that

If I heard it correctly, 10 million increase in population over 10 years. If we say 3 people per household, that is approximately 300,000 extra houses required per year, in addition to the current shortfall. I think Angela needs to get on that bricklayer course, pronto 😊

Who do you think it is that staffs and runs the "facilities and services". Is it the increasingly aged native population? Is it the babies who haven't actually been born because of declining birthrate? Who is it?

Our economy in recent years has relied on immigration for growth. We are stuck in a demographic trap with ageing population and declining birthrate.

I know it is futile talking to you because when an answer is given to your ever-increadingly hysterical statements you don't respond with a considered answer but just post spam. You don't ever stop to think.

It's pointless and it's boring, which is why 99% of the time I ignore you.

Yes there has been some growth GDP. But GDP per person has dropped. It's big business/ government policy to keep everyone as poor as they can. Whilst having almost unlimited pool of cheap immigration workers
