We receive more because we create more revenue outwith London. So, we should get more back but, the figures I posted above (that you're conveniently ignoring), do state that we lose almost 50% of our revenue and we have no idea where it's going.
I also mentioned that if this is such an issue for England, scrap the Barnet Formula. This formula didn't exist until 1978 and was only meant to be a short-term measure. What happened in the late 70s that would mean that this formula needed to remain beyond being just a short-term measure?
Also, the GERS report. The go to for unionists. The GERS report was devised by the then Scottish Sec, Ian Lang, in 1992 and it's so politically biased that no economic organisation will touch it. It really doesn't change year by year. It isn't relaible for that reason.
