Lol. You must be the only person on the planet that doesn't know that Scotland receives more in public spending than it pays in revenue.

The majority of Scots know this. Why do you think they've rejected independence.

Independence was rejected as we were promised that EU membership would continue.

What major event happened 2 years later? Who was dragged out of the EU against our wishes?

We receive more because we create more revenue outwith London. So, we should get more back but, the figures I posted above (that you're conveniently ignoring), do state that we lose almost 50% of our revenue and we have no idea where it's going.

I also mentioned that if this is such an issue for England, scrap the Barnet Formula. This formula didn't exist until 1978 and was only meant to be a short-term measure. What happened in the late 70s that would mean that this formula needed to remain beyond being just a short-term measure?

Also, the GERS report. The go to for unionists. The GERS report was devised by the then Scottish Sec, Ian Lang, in 1992 and it's so politically biased that no economic organisation will touch it. It really doesn't change year by year. It isn't relaible for that reason.

Well now hows speaking out his arse, and just quoting the parties line, a vast amount of what Scotland earns is not collected by the Scottish government but by Westminster and is conveniently left out of the figures, just one example is whisky, never mind the free electricity sent south of the border around 1/3 of all electricity produced at the moment in Scotland heads south and that is set to increase exponentially when the 5 subsea cables are completed, providing around 30% of all electricity used in England.

There's no talking facts & actual statistics to these Understanders Of Scottish Politics.

But everything's fine - Sir Starmer, with his Magic Brexit & Trump trade deal will fix it all. SNPBAD!!!!
