What boils my p1ss is more the three years of bullying, suspensions and it's still not enough. As if this false narrative hasn't allready been blown apart...Labour leaks,Forde report,BBC admitting "deceptive editing" lol...shameful.

Sorry - me not being clear. 4.5% was Kendall's vote share in the leadership election. It's clearly still smarting.

LoL yes thanks, although I think your being far to generous...id have gone 4 % !
18,000 votes to what 250k ? You can actually feel and see her contempt....bitter though nah 😁

I had high hopes of Starmer, and I still think he could've made more ground if not for the pandemic overwhelming every other issue early on, but yeah he's been a disappointment. What's the way forward though? Just hope the Tories keep being useless and he gets in?

Brexit,Covid,Cost of living crisis....he's been fecking useless. The best that anyone can say about him is "he's not the Tories" and I'm not even convinced on that.
Maybe a good start would of been to actually remember some of things he'd been elected the leader for.

Dr Helen Salisbury certainly has concerns, although she's careful to allude to them rather than mention them directly.

Welcome yourself into the new modern crisis
To be fair, he didn't use those words, that's a journalist's interpretation of what he said. The quote is:

“The skill for politicians is to distinguish between legitimate challenge where better ideas are required of us but also sometimes saying actually, the status quo is driven by provider interest, producer interest and not by patient interest. And change is required.”
I think what he said is worthy of scrutiny, but the i has sensationalised it a bit.

I can't get past his comments about patients being able to self-refer to a specialist. We'd all be having scans and consultant opinions on every lump, bump, rash, or ache we had if there was no gatekeeping. I'd love a consultants opinion on the spot on my head that my medic friend says is a bug bite. It's probably worth an MRI at least.
