Remember everyone, when this happens, no grizzling because your small children, husband, wife or parent dies. You can be proud that they died in the fight for an extra % or two and for the greater good✊

They're thinking about changing their name.

What’s your alternative plan? I mean it’s all very well trying to be clever and diverting blame from the employer but you haven’t actually said what you would do to ensure that all nurses are paid fairly.
