So the government has cut funding for them, the same as every other local authority in the UK then???
The government funds to TfL are separate. That funding was cut when Khan was elected, which was widely regarded as a political decision so the Tories could point to how Johnson as mayor had managed (Boris buses and all that crap) much better than Khan has since. And now they are deliberately withholding funding security so that TfL can't plan ahead.

Exactly that; the Conservative government are using TfL funding to play politics with the Mayor.

The extension of the low emissions zone out to the North Circular was brought forward as a condition of a central government funding package for TfL during the pandemic. The fact of the extension was then used as a stick to beat the Mayor with.

I know they won't be left unstaffed, they will be staffed differently though, and the support they get from the rest of the hospital will be less as services ITU relies on will be on Christmas Day/night rotas.

Like I said, if you think a hospital is staffed the same 24/7 365 you are deluded. There is a lot less support from other teams, diagnostics etc at night and over Christmas. That will impact ITU, surgery, ED, CCU, SCBU, trauma, burns units, psychiatry......

But keep making out it would be so ......

Don't parade the blindly obvious like it's privileged information. Also you may need to update your acronyms if you wanna look cool in front of the big kids.
