I particularly liked the copper riding with the door open, presumably for a quick get away , only for it to slam shut as the van stopped.

Reminds me of a van with lots of sheets of something 8x4 heavy & bendy stopping rapidly at a pedestrian crossing I was waiting at. The sheets didn't stop as rapidly as the van and ended up sliding down the bonnet.
