Does anyone believe that he can’t get a bank account?
There must be more to it than “no one likes me so I can’t get a bank account”

The bank are probably not entirely happy that he doesn't have potentially dodgy dealings with peoples named Vlad and Oleg. Hence he's also "threatening" to leave the country. It seems like he's trying to heat up some gammon before he hits them with "it's a stitch up by the establishment" line when they do discover dodgy dealings...

He's saying it is because the banks are pro-Remain, which is clearly nonsense. He is an inveterate attention-seeker, however, so this may just be an attempt to keep his face in the public domain which is, of course, essential for his revenue stream. He is also a liar, so anything he says needs to be taken with a degree of scepticism.

If the banks have foreclosed his accounts, and others are refusing to take him on, the one thing it won't be is because they are pro-Remain and seeking revenge.
