I'm not ashamed.
I believe that threats of violence to people with a public profie, even a mere Twitter profile, are part of the same range of behaviour that may well have led to the death of this and other politicians.
When I posted my comment the news was reporting an attack, not a death. Had it been announced at that time I probably wouldn't have felt it appropriate to post in the same way, but the comparison would still have been valid.
