Yep. They don't ban people for rape and death threats to targetted individuals, so I'm not surprised they let that go too.

You know there are people on there who drive like idiots, even end up killing people.

Oh yes it's because using the roads let you get some extra value and interest out of life, you even get to meet new people, and experience new ideas and events..
