Even by his own stupefyingly low standards, he is being an utter dickhead. The videos of his speeches in New Hampshire and Florida, show him going even further than is reported in the link.
But no doubt his supporters will believe all the fake claims and utter bullshit he spouts, continue to fund his lawyers bills and all supported by the right wing media.
Edit: This is him last night saying how Hezbollah is very smart

Democratic Senator Bob Menendez, last month had an indictment unsealed concerning the payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars as bribes from the Egyptian government. He is now facing further charges of conspiring to act as a foreign agent of Egypt, while serving in a public office.
As when Trump was raided, those doing the knock sometimes like to release a photo or two of something which might spark public comment or interest. After Menendez's property was raided, the photos released included 1kg gold bars found hidden on the property. 🙄

More Murdoch news manipulation?
Let's ignore the numbers associated with Trump's impeachments, indictments, lying, deaths from COVID, etc., and concentrate on what real Republicans are supposed to like such as displays of wealth inequality and manly stuff.

for some reason i don't think Guinnes makes world records out of that.. just a guess could indeed be the evil Murdoch who strikes again..

More bad news for Trump.
Digital World Acquisition Company was a special purpose company formed to merge with Trump's media and social company, Trump Media (which operates Truth Social). In essence taking Truth Social public. Trump, as 90% owner of Truth Media, was looking forward to a bumper pay day on the merger.
DWAC raised $1bn last year from investors, but problems with the Securities and Exchange Commission, delayed the merger and insider trading secured the company a hefty fine from the SEC. The delays have caused the original deal to be unwound and has also meant investors had a right to cancel their commitments which many of them are now doing.
Looks like rather than $1bn, Trump Media is only going to get around $293m and that could shrink further if those investors who are left opt for redemptions. Given the share price has dropped from a high of $97 to $15 and the original share price was $10, one would imagine there will some twitchy investors/MAGA supporters.
Whilst it is still a large sum of money, the rate at which Trump burns through money on his plane, lawyers bills, staff, etc., that isn't going to last too long.

Trump now hit with a partial gag order by Judge Chutkan, who is overseeing the Washington DC hearing.
Trump had made attacks against various people involved with the DC hearing and one of his supporters was arrested for making a death threat against the judge. More recently, Trump had publicly called for the former top military officer Mark Milley to be executed.
The order covers, the Special Counsel, Special Counsel's staff and their families, the Court, Court staff and their families.

No real evidence as yet and doubt there ever will be, unless Putin sees a use.
And Trump is too pro Russian to be believed much.

Another MAGA Republican is facing difficulties, this time the former Trump White House press secretary and now Governor of Arkansas Sara Huckabee Sanders.
Looks like she and a couple of friends spent some time partying in Paris, but a Freedom of Information request suggests she potentially charged some of the costs on the State credit card, through an invoice raised by one of the friends. The invoice was raised for the purchase of a new lectern, which allegedly cost just under $20,000. Sanders has tried to have the State FoI legislation amended to prevent further disclosures.
A legislative audit is now underway, but Sanders could be facing charges of tampering with a public record and wire fraud.

Jury selection starts on Friday in the Georgia RICO trial featuring "captain of Team Crazy" the Texas based lawyer Sidney Powell and constitutional lawyer Ken Cheseborough. Both asked for speedy trials, which one suspects, they might now be regretting. The jurist overseeing the hearing Judge McAfee, has ordered the jury to be anonymous because of Trump's outbursts against the District Attorney and elsewhere. The trial, as with other Georgia trials, will be televised.

Both Powell and Cheseborough have been filing a flurry of motions to dismiss the hearing, all of which have been rejected by Judge McAfee. Powell or her attorney seem to be copying and pasting part of at least one motion from other applications, as she also applied for dismissal of offences for which she hasn't been charged.

Judge McAfee appears to have some wit. In one of his responses to a Cheseboro motion, he referenced Monty Python's dead parrot sketch, whilst in another motion in which Cheseborough referenced the legislators' intention, in his response McAfee included the comment, like nailing jello to the wall.

15,000 emails previously thought to have been lost and linked to the co conspirator Misty Hampton, have now been found. Hampton is closely linked to Powell, and it will be interesting to see if these impact upon the imminent trial and the other co conspirators.

Elsewhere in Trump world, John Laurro, the attorney for Trump who appeared before Judge Chutkan in the Washington DC hearing the other day, at which a partial gag order was issued against Trump, has filed an appeal against the partial gag order. However, the appeal did not even reach the desk of an appeal justice. It was rejected by the administration team on the grounds that Laurro was not an authorised attorney for the Washington DC appeals circuit. Probably easily rectifiiable, but I would have thought pretty basic stuff for a highly paid lawyer. A bit like Trump's lawyer Alina Habba not requesting a jury trial for the civil fraud trial. :headshake:

And the next domino has fallen...
Sidney Powell is pleading guilty to intentional conspiracy and interference with election administration. 6 years probation, $6,000 fine, $2,700 restitution to the state of Georgia, write a written apology to the citizens of Georgia, and must testify truthfully against the other co conspirators, including Trump. She must not have contact with the other co conspirators.
