The problem for the Democrats has, as always been marketing. The right wing media is near 100% marketing thus you have demented Trump as their candidate and no other option for democrats.
Trumps recent claimed name lapse came about because Trump does not connect, plus a 5 year old could do better reading the autocue.
Trumps instability to connect in most circumstances is why he normally prefers a repetitive 'off the cuff' rant. It also hides the fact has has very limited faculties. Biden,whilst obviously frail, is still lucid, something which cannot be said for Trump.

1st has some balance, 2nd seeks minimal balance, sticking to marketing ahead of facts. Trump himself, through his whilst President semi crazed mid night tweets amplified that he does react to stress well. Those stress reactions could certainly be confused for other things.
Here, https://www.msn.com/en-us/channel/topic/Top News/ everything is more fact based. In fact anything that prefers facts seems to be considered lefty.

Trump has posted a $91.6m bond and appeal, hours before the judgement in the second E Jean Carroll hearing was to be enforced.

Interesting that he has used a company, Federal Insurance, to make the bond and not his own cash. That might suggest he is not flush with cash, as a non refundable fee of 10-12% would have likely been payable just to secure the bond. Which will also have security guarantees for the $91.6m.

They were not illegals, but people from certain countries; Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela, who were sponsored by US citizens.
You will find more information about judicial support for the programme here, https://www.npr.org/2024/03/08/1237158976/immigration-biden-texas-federal-judge along with the Judge's dismissal of the involvement of red meat states in the legal action.
