Steve Bannon lost his appeal. The BBC then goes on to desribe the political makeup of that appeals appeals court, 2 Democrats, 1 Republican, thus part signifying the US court system is now not always trustworthy.

I guess they went for balance, considering the supreme court has gotten quite shifty.
Peter Navarro is currently serving his same 4 month sentence for that Jan 6th committee refusal to testify, both I assume in order to protect Trump or not implicate themselves further.

Bannon has been given 7 days to appeal, which he will no doubt do, in order to avoid prison time.
Probably hoping to string out the process beyond the election and if Trump wins, Bannon then seeks a second Trump pardon.

We already knew his sleep was more than haphazard from his early presidential paranoid Twitter rants.
Plus him having the attention span of a gnat

So your fiend and mine - Lauren Beobart has been commenting on trump falling asleep in court

https://www.indy100.com/politics/trump/lauren-boebert-trump-sleeping-trial

OK - playing

yes Dear

well maybe

but to whom???

and just WHAT do you mean by pretty???
And is Melanie worried/excited/ringing her lawyer to check the terms on the pre-nup????
The woman is as unpleasant as the her fellow Congresswoman, the Q anon conspiracy theorist Marjorie Taylor Green. She tried to take credit for the jobs created in her District by the implementation of the Biden infrastructure plans, despite her voting against those plans.
Interestingly, of the family members and congressional sycophants who have been voicing support for Trump at his hush money trial, there has been one notable female absentee.
I would imagine some of the vast amounts of supporters money she spends on her herself, also finds it's way into the hands of the American equivalent of Messes Sue, Grabbit and Run.

So, Borgers only lasted 7 weeks. Is it safe to assume the big churn in auditors is down to Trump demands on what the audit results say?

I imagine, possibly wrongly, that he fired the one before when the auditor wanted to do a true audit.

Big churn? Binning Borgers was a decision beyond his control.

They were just as incompetent as he is.

Yes but choosing Borgers was in his control. I think Borgers was auditor 3.
Unfortunately for Borgers it probably also them right in the headlights, as is everyone associated with Trump.
Here is an FT report that showed the attention.

Borgers by the way, chose to pay a big fine and cease to be an auditor.

I sort of feel sorry for Trumps massive court entourage, even though 'boot licking photo session' is the name of the game.
