Bonus will be nice for daughter No2 (maths teacher), and granddaughter no 1 (English teacher), but, I doubt it will improve standards.

You seemed keen for people to 'make up their own mind', and I'm sure you'd want them to have access to all the information so that they can see just what a turd you are.
