Poll results doing the rounds showing Starmer to be considered more trustworthy than known liars Truss/Sunak.Except he's offering very little..based on his own lies.

I actually thought Miliband would have been alright as PM. But the media thought he looked funny sometimes and eviscerated him for it. Did the same with Corbyn.

A more balanced and nuanced media would certainly help the political discussion in the UK, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

That's about it...how someone looks 🙄
We're now paying the price for demonising Corbyn, probally the only Labour party leader in my voting lifetime to oppose the status quo and not fear upseting the media. Not forgetting those in his own party who played along with the smears.
Both Corbyn/Labour manifestos offered policies that could have genuinely helped people...but he wore a scruffy coat and no tie.
Nationalisation of the essential utilities is popular with a huge amount of the electorate. What the fecks Starmer scared of !

When is your manifesto and labour leadership bid being released in the media????

I'm not sure Adam has any political aspirations. He may well do.

Nationalisation is a decent start to a manifesto, and a solid, proper, Labour policy, rather than the Tory lite stuff we got under Blair.

Why Starmer is afraid of it is beyond me, but it's something Labour should be backing 100%. Hell, I'd vote for them on that alone in the next general election if they did.

I am no fan of Starmer, having voted for Corbyn, but, Starmer’s task, at present, is to get a Labour Government elected, at the next GE. Keeping a low profile, whilst the current Government unravels, 1970’s style is excellent tactics, IMHO.
