I'm just relieved we've got plausibly corrupt, besuited, exfoliated governance rather than shabby Magic Grandpa who'd no doubt have given access to no.10 - and influence over policy making - in return for pitiful bribes like a sack of seed potatoes or a new dibbing tool...

It's started! Shoot me. You must.

We'll always have Dunwich.

Blimey - wait until they find out how much Yoginvest Ltd gave to the Tories, not to mention the Phoenix partnership. The Harry Walker Agency gave £2.4 million to Bozza alone.

If anything the Labour party really need lessons on how to do it properly.

Well, a tax dodging hedge fund, based in the Cayman Islands, are doing their bit by gifting Liebour £4million quid.

Welcome yourself into the new modern crisis
The accommodation, provided by the same guy and valued at >£20,000, was supposedly for Starmer’s son to have somewhere to study for his exams. Those exams ran from 9 May until 19 June, yet the Starmer family was there from 29 May until 13 July. This ’study break’ started three weeks late and ended nearly a month after the exams had finished, so I don’t buy it.

TBF, the reason Starmer gave for needing it was disruption due to the general election being called which was on 22 May, so 29 May starting date seems fair enough. Election was 4 July so keeping that arrangement for a week or so after that date to allow things to settle down doesn't appear unreasonable.

Your generosity does you credit, but the whole thing is obvious BS. It has zero to do with Starmer Jnr and everything to do with Starmer Snr being shamelessly prepared to exploit his family.

Apart from being anti Starmer, do you actually have any other political persuasion?

Agreed. Of course the honourable Tory MPs and the gentlemen of the press eagerly reporting this disgrace would never conceive of such a thing. Imagine a newspaper proprietor like Rupert Murdoch shamelessly exploiting their family or that nice Boris Johnson or Jacob Rees-Mogg. Perish the thought!
