Yeah but I never expected them to win.
Phew ...and look what happened, own it,it's on them as much as the Tories. That coalition was disastrous.
There again maybe I can see the attraction,he's almost a Blair/Cameron character but less engaging. He offers nothing and just because their not the Tories...yes I hate the Tories. This should be a open goal for him and yet I have literally no idea who he's trying to please or what he stands for.Should I be angry or just shut up and give him my vote.

Welcome yourself into the new modern crisis

I did. I voted for Jeremy Corbyn and that worked out marvellously.

'Labour's Sir Keir Starmer proposes a "partnership model" which see the state working with private businesses to address the ongoing crisis in the NHS'.

It's 'reform' apparently. Alternatively, it sounds like more of the same. Who knows? Anyone got a suggestion about how we might get out of this?

Labour won't spend its way out of Tory 'mess', says Sir Keir Starmer.

Anyone who watched that and thought it was an alternative in other than name ?

That was my point, as far as I can see, he is not offering an alternative, hence my posing the question "perhaps, there is no workable alternative?". I did say it was a depressing thought. The only "alternative" I can see in his proposals is (assuming her actually wins an election), we will see his face instead of Rishi's on the News.
