Before the closures even started I lightly recall they proposed to close the west side to all traffic.

The Keswick Reminder is very accurate in that very regularly cyclists and pedestrians still navigate it, but in an extremely dangerous manner.

It could still go to the Supreme Court, so I don’t think the Home Office will give it up yet. Fingers crossed though…
