That case does seem to be exceptional and there appears to have been a conspiracy and intent to at least cause serious injury.

It’s not quite the same as where this discussion about the law started though, which was the far more common crime of recklessly driving at 80 in a 20 zone.

Whilst this refers to 'more' investment in Facebook, Saudi investment IN Twitter means you have to be wary what you post and/or where you go. Of course, Saudis' own prison state citizens, are first to the chopping block.

Yep. It really is hard to use compared to Twitter. The server thing is a bit baffling.

On the flip side, I wonder how much traffic Twitter has lost since Musk turned off all the access for 3rd party apps. I've used it a *lot* less.

The two biggest Mastodon servers are porn ones apparently. Had a big influx in 2017 and again in 2022. It does seem to lend itself more to niche interests than being a wider platform like Twitter. Somewhere else for the Reddit losers to congregate I suppose.

Which third party apps were useful on Twitter? Ad blockers?
