He has said he will sign asa Trump tells him to.

He cannot afford to wait, else Russia will over run Ukraine, when the bullets run out

You do know that if Canada did that 100% tariff would be for imported vehicles from Canada.

Canada’s automotive manufacturers assemble around 1.9 million vehicles in a year.
The automotive industry contributes around $19 to Canada’s GDP and has a revenue of over $100 billion.
The average salary in the industry is $89,400.
Only 12% of cars manufactured in Canada are sold in Canada.

Tesla sells less than 50,000 cars into Canada.

Go for it Canada

Tesla already has 47 000 unsold cars in stock.

That's is peanuts compared to the likes of Ford, Dodge, Chrysler. They have years of inventory sat in huge parking lots

I thought that "efficient" Auto Manufacturers make vehicles more or less to order now?

Not really. They have hundreds of days production already in lots as inventory

This is a screenshot of US vehicle inventory, there are pages of them, basically there are 3 million new vehicles waiting somewhere

Meanwhile Tesla has this amount across the world.

Neither Tesla if you don't own a vehicle 😉

More precisely I have an interest, because Musk, like you, is a fascist who wishes to disrupt the country where I live. And even if I was still driving I would buy almost anything other than a Tesla.

I once accepted a car share journey of some 300 miles in a model S. In many ways it was impressive as a car, but on the way home I decided to sit in the back, I found that screen to be a real distraction and annoyance even as a passenger. I note that Hyundai have said that they will make no more cars with those screens acknowledging that they are a potential safety hazard.

I am indeed fortunate, I can easily manage without a car. The last one I had did 17 miles between MOTs. Those miles were the return journey for the MOT and the occasional trip round the block to clean the brake discs off. Weirdly people were upset because I scrapped it rather than sell it when I decided to part with it. The scrap money went to a local charity for the homeless.

I can't imagine the concept of making sacrifices to help others will compute well in his mind...

1.
the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought.
2.
a person's ability to think and reason; the intellect.

Might just scrape through on 1 - no stipulation of quality. 2? I don't think so.

Cogito ergo sum

I doubt, therefore I think, therefore I am.

I doubt Shithead has a mind, therefore I think, therefore I am.

The word ''humanity'' describes us as a species, our collective will to survive and our collective desire to show kindness and compassion to each other. Shithead proves that not all humans are members.

I did say EFFICiENT automakers

You're looking at Chinese and Tesla then

The rest are so far behind. Bear on mind these manufacturing plants cannot afford to shut down. If they don't sell their cars they stockpile whilst continuing to make more. Once the plant shuts down the costs of restarting are ridiculous. It also sends a clear message of a company about to collapse
