Not really. Near me 4 young children were having fun on a quad bike & not been chased by the police. A street racing Nissan Z car hit them at over 100mph. It was quite a mess and it was one of the girls 16th birthday. It’s a moot point but helmets wouldn’t have saved them all.

It's not factual though. I've no reason to doubt these addicts of yours have robbed people or intimidated them, it comes with the territory. Leaving drugs in public places, however, is just a total fantasy which you introduced to the thread and got called on.

I'm aware it's an expression. I was being facetious. As it happens, "doss cvnt" is also an expression in Scottish vernacular, and it's not nearly as devastating as you seem to think it might be.
