Ah yes, the idyllic utopian ideal where addicts are quite happy to leave drugs in gritter bins and phone box libraries.

The phone box thing is vaguely plausible I suppose, I wouldn't mind finding a wrap of MDMA tucked into the cover of Alice in Wonderland. I suspect it would enhance the reading experience quite a lot.
